- HOUSE or PROPERTY HISTORY – a Basic Timeline of events relating to the land ownership and the subsequent owners and/or occupiers of a NSW building or property, including source references & our suggestions for further more detailed research. Fee: $80 per building or property.
- NSW LAND RECORDS TUITION – Learn how to use the Land Registry Service’s website to access their on-line historical documents and maps, and associated relevant links such as SIX maps, Sands Directories (City of Sydney site), NSW State Records, etc. Venue and times to be arranged for mutual convenience.
Tuition fee: $30 per hour/person, or $50 for a 2 hour session, with a short break. Group tuition (4 or more people) can be arranged, with reduced ‘per person’ fees. Handouts of basic research instructions will be provided.
- DOCUMENT SERVICE – for ‘print out’ copies of Torrens Title ‘Instruments of transactions’. These provide more detailed information of the price paid and the people involved in the transfer of land registered under the Torrens Title system, and are identified by the number given on the top left hand corner of each transaction that is registered on the pages of Torrens Title documents.
Fee; $20 per item, posted to any Australian address. Reduced fee for bulk orders.
